The Fields Collection
A Fields collection contains all of the Field objects of a Recordset object.

Append
	Method
Appends a Field object to the Fields collection.

CancelUpdate
	Method
Cancels any changes made to the Fields collection.

Delete
	Method
Deletes a Field object from the Fields collection.

Refresh
	Method
Updates the Field objects in the Fields collection.

Resync
	Method
Resynchronizes the data in the Field objects.

Update
	Method
Saves any changes made to the Fields collection.

Count
Returns: Long	Method
Indicates the number of Field objects in the Fields collection. Read only.

Item
Returns: Field	Method
Allows indexing into the Fields collection to reference a specific Field object. Read only.
